THE MISSION We need a "Growth Architect" who views metrics as a scoreboard and user acquisition as a science. Your job is to engineer the entire customer acquisition and retention engine, deploying capital and running high-velocity experiments to scale our ecosystem with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a data-driven operator who views the digital economy as a 24/7 landscape and is comfortable executing at the absolute frontier of Web3 growth.
