The Role: As a Staff Insights Analyst, you'll be a senior individual contributor at the heart of Paddle's decision-making. You'll own the end-to-end process of turning complex, cross-functional data into clear commercial recommendations that shape how we grow. Working across product, sales, marketing, and finance, you'll uncover the root causes of business challenges, model the financial impact of potential actions, and present your findings directly to senior leadership, including the exec team. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like an owner, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can move fluidly between rigorous quantitative analysis and compelling narrative.
