We now serve over 2,500 paying customers and have more than tripled our revenue every year in our history. - We’re primarily hiring in our SF and NY offices, but do hire remotely in some cases ABOUT THE ROLE: As Business Operations Manager, International Operations, you’ll play a foundational role in launching and scaling Numeral’s product in global markets. From owning the development and execution of tax workflows across VAT, GST, and indirect tax systems including research and registration to process design and automation. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new countries, support compliance at scale, and continuously improve systems that blend human operations with AI-powered workflows. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to directly shape our international expansion strategy and build repeatable playbooks that will power the next stage of Numeral’s growth.
