Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments. Strong experience with: Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 ecosystem Google Workspace (basic administration) Hands-on experience with: RESTful APIs and system integrations PowerShell, Python Azure services (Automation, Functions, Logic Apps) Strong understanding of: Automation patterns (event-driven, scheduled workflows) SaaS integrations and API-based workflows Authentication basics (OAuth, OpenID Connect) Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, or similar SaaS platforms, Git, and basic CI/CD.
