People Operations Generalist (Hybrid – Boston Seaport, 3 Days Onsite) Role Overview This role sits at the center of the employee lifecycle—supporting Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition coordination to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and candidates. You will operate within a shared services model , partnering closely with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent, high-quality People support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants exposure across the People Team Level & Scope Definition Executes core People workflows with defined processes Works cross-functionally with People colleagues in support of Nasuni programs Supports TA through coordination, candidate experience, and systems Key Responsibilities People Workflow (Primary Focus) Own, improve, and expand onboarding end-to-end, including documentation, orientation, and Day 1 experience Serve as front-line support for employee inquiries via ticketing systems Coordinate employee lifecycle changes across HR systems, payroll, benefits, and internal stakeholders Improve internal policies, workflows, and people programs Talent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus) Create TA workflows for an optimal canididate and hiring manager experience.
