People Operations Generalist Location; Hyderabad, India (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Role Overview Nasuni is hiring a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing Hyderabad Innovation Center and global hiring efforts. This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, Talent Management, and Recruiting Coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and employees. You will play a critical role in enabling global hiring processes, supporting HR programs, and coordinating onsite and virtual experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their Human Resources career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coordination and execution, and wants exposure to global HR and recruiting operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with global collaboration and growth potential. Level & Scope Definition Ownership: Executes and coordinates HR operations and Talent workflows across systems, process, and stakeholders Autonomy: Works independently on defined processes; escalates complex issues Decision-Making: Prioritization of tasks, scheduling logistics, stakeholder coordination Impact: Supports Global People Operations and Hyderabad Talent Management across Hyderabad, US, and EMEA teams Collaboration: Works closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, Hiring Managers, and leader
