Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances Location: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: Director of Strategic Alliances The Role At Midi Health, we're redefining healthcare for women in midlife. Following our recent Series D funding and continued rapid growth, we're expanding our Strategic Alliances team to help accelerate our mission and extend our reach through key commercial partnerships. We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to own and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other ecosystem partners. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, business development, and commercial strategy, helping drive enterprise growth through partner-enabled channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship builder, operator, and growth driver. You are comfortable managing executive-level partnerships, creating scalable activation plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate strategic opportunities into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Partner Ownership Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other channel partners.
