What this role is asking for.
The Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live. The Implementation Project Manager schedules and leads the implementation kickoff, reviews the scope of work established by Sales, and builds the project timeline. The role evaluates project risk and holds the customer accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. The Implementation Project Manager is the lead on the project team and reports to a Services Manager. Implementation Analysts (IAs) are part of the project team; the Implementation Project Manager leads the project and coordinates efforts with the assigned Implementation Analyst(s). The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position. Expected Duties - Schedule and lead the all major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off and Transition to Support. - Review the scope of work established by Sales and build the corresponding project timeline. - Hold weekly status calls with customers and hold them accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. - Hold internal syncs across teams as necessary throughout the project. - Track and manage ticket progress in JIRA and escalate as necessary. - Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartshe...
