Technical Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Technical Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to support our busy Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role with anticipation to last through the end of this year. This role sits at the intersection of multi-channel sourcing, operational excellence, and strategic partnership management—and is accountable for delivering exceptional candidate experiences while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. You understand what it takes to source great talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels, coordinate complex interview logistics at scale, and maintain meticulous documentation that keeps the recruiting engine running smoothly.
