Senior Consultant Hybrid, Bangalore or Pune, India JOB OVERVIEW As a Legion Senior Consultant, you lead the evolution of our implementation methodology, learning from our experiences. This role also ensures that our Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification that promotes the goals of our customers, as defined within a statement of work. This is an individual contributor role that is focused on leading the customer to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. During implementation, you will be configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Sr. Consultant Core Activities Promote the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement approaches that support Agile standards for cloud delivery solutions Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phases Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint Provide configuration reviews and configuration knowledge transfers to the customer Assist customers with software testing along with roll-out activities such as data loads and system initialization Deliver live customer training for areas such as...
