Project Manager Hybrid, Bangalore, India JOB OVERVIEW As a Project Manager, you will place the customer at the center of everything we do, making their journey simple, valuable, and delightful. This role is focused on helping the customer implement Legion within budget and in time. During implementation, you will be prioritizing tasks, developing project plans, reporting to senior managers, liaising with customers, and attending customer meetings. The goal of the position is to ensure implementation milestones are accomplished on time and achieve business results for our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage multiple concurrent projects, leading all implementation project phases Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success Manage the work delivered by the project team and ensure it meets Legion quality standards Create professional customer-facing presentations such as Project Kick-off, User Acceptance Testing Kick-off, executive decks and more Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with the customer Oversee project management documents, tools and methodologies including but not limited to risk management, change management, scope management, success criteria Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation process Work with team...
