QA Manager Hybrid, Bangalore or Pune, India RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Inspire action and motivate the team to drive outcomes and achieve OKRs Define and track QA KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior and executive leadership Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, and Release Management to ensure consistent product quality Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including test planning, execution, automation, and release certification Own and evolve Legion's automation framework built on Playwright (Java and TypeScript) Oversee end-to-end automation pipelines using Argo and Jenkins Leverage Datadog for monitoring, observability, and proactive quality insights Champion best practices across test automation, CI/CD integration, and defect management using GitHub Drive root cause analysis on customer-reported issues and implement systemic fixes Maintain clear documentation of test frameworks, processes, and quality standards REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7 + years of QA or Developer experience, with at least 3 years in a people management or QA leadership role Proven ability to inspire action, motivate teams, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with OKRs Demonstrated experience defining QA KPIs and presenting qu...
