This is a hands-on role for a classically trained program manager who has already integrated AI deeply into their working life and uses it to operate at a higher level than traditional PM scale allows. You will own the day-to-day program management of the security organization's projects and run a hybrid program management capability where AI handles continuous structured work, while you provide the judgment, prioritization and relationship work where humans excel.
