ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I’m Karen Salmon https://www.linkedin.com/in/karen-salmon-6a3719119/, the U.S. Insurance Lead here at Jane. I’ve been with Jane for over two years and lead a small but mighty team supporting U.S.-based clinics through the real, day-to-day complexities of insurance billing. Our work is all about helping clinics get paid accurately and on time. We collaborate closely with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to remove friction, clarify processes, and advocate for our customers. We're also directly involved in shaping how Jane builds and improves its U.S. billing tools and services. As Jane continues to grow in the U.S., so does our need for experienced billers, people who know their way around claims and denials, but also love solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to a growing team. WHAT IMPACT WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU TO MAKE In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality billing support to our U.S. customers while helping shape how our billing service grows and operates.
