Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: they can see key details before buying, with more transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. iSpeedToLead helps real estate wholesalers, investors, flippers, and increasingly agents buy motivated home-seller leads — homeowners who want to sell their property — through a live lead marketplace. Why this role exists iSpeedToLead ranks well for its own brand name, but has very limited visibility beyond branded search today. The company currently ranks for roughly 50 keywords, while direct competitors rank for around 3,900, and that gap is especially visible in the non-branded real estate lead-generation terms that bring in new customers. We need someone who treats SEO as a strategy discipline, not a link-buying function — someone who can build a real keyword strategy for our niche, close the gap against named competitors, and get technical fixes actually shipped, not just recommended.
