What You’ll Do As a Patient Safety Consultant , you play a central role in creating a highly reliable, learning‑oriented safety culture for medically complex children. You will lead and support patient safety investigations, collaborate with clinical teams to address system vulnerabilities, and drive proactive risk‑reduction strategies. You will use science‑based safety methods, human‑centered resilience engineering approaches, and strong analytical skills to reduce preventable harm across the organization. This role is integral to delivering safer care, fostering shared accountability, and supporting a just and restorative culture.
