The next stage is more ambitious: scaling toward unicorn status, with significant hiring volume concentrated in GTM teams across the EMEA, Americas, and APAC. To get there, we need a Director of Talent Acquisition who operates at both levels. Strategically, you'll report directly to the CEO and shape how TA supports revenue growth – aligning hiring priorities with business targets, driving adoption of AI and automation, and holding quality of hire as a non-negotiable.
