***Now accepting applications for an August 4, 2026 start date*** As a Small Business Account Executive at HubSpot, you will drive net-new logo acquisition and new revenue growth within the 1–50 employee segment. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role focused primarily on self-sourced outbound prospecting and closing new business. What You’ll Do: Own the full sales cycle across ~450 accounts , building and managing a pipeline that is 80–90% self-generated outbound Run multiple sales meetings per day, leading high-quality discovery and tailored demos, and closing within an average 30-day sales cycle Consistently close net-new revenue at or above quota We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of recent experience where the majority of quota attainment came from full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition (not renewals or expansion) Proven success managing a primarily outbound pipeline A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota Strong consultative selling and closing skills High activity levels, resilience, coachability, and personal accountability Pay & Benefits The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
