JOB TITLE: RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR (HIGH-VOLUME HIRING) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring through intensive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment administration. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs - Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks - Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS - Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups - Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration - Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment - Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experienc...
