This is not a traditional call-center position; instead, you’ll leverage technology to build trust with prospective clients by asking thoughtful questions, understanding their health and wellness needs, and guiding them to the next step in their journey. You’ll work in a flexible, on-call capacity throughout the day, quickly responding to leads as they come in. During slower periods, you won’t have active tasks but must remain available to engage new inquiries. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, curious, empathetic, and comfortable discussing wellness topics in a consultative manner.
