We’re hiring a Podcast Producer to lead end-to-end production across our growing podcast slate—delivered on both audio platforms and YouTube. You’ll collaborate with hosts, editors, and our YouTube marketing specialist (who will support your platform growth) to plan, record, edit, and publish engaging content. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, creative producer who understands what makes a great story and how to deliver it across platforms. 🔍 WHAT YOU’LL DO: 🎬 Pre-Production - Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines - Coordinate guest outreach, booking, and scheduling - Manage logistics for remote and/or in-studio recordings 🎙️ Production - Oversee recordings and ensure audio quality - Work with engineers to capture and organize raw audio/video ✂️ Post-Production - Review and edit rough cuts for clarity, pacing, and tone - Coordinate final mix, mastering, and quality control - Upload polished episodes to hosting platforms (Libsyn, Anchor, etc.) 📺 YouTube Integration - Adapt audio episodes into video-ready formats - Collaborate on visuals, metadata, chaptering, and thumbnails - Optimize titles...
