This is a high-conversion, consultative sales role focused exclusively on warm leads generated weekly. You will guide beauty brands and product founders through a structured, solution-based sales process—assessing product vision, formulation needs, production scope, budget, and timelines. The role owns the full sales cycle from qualification to deposit collection and seamless handoff to operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities - Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines - Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models - Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up - Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity - Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits - Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast visibility REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of B2B closing experience...
