JOB TITLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (ESTโPST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role is suited for candidates with 1โ2 years of sales or SDR experience who are confident in outbound cold calling and prospecting. The SDR will focus on generating qualified meetings and building a pipeline for the sales team. Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must be graduates of one of the following universities: - American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement) - Coventry University (New Capital) - German University in Cairo (GUC) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. - Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying intent. - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in the CRM. - Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (calls, conversations, meetings booked). - Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach. - Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
