Job Title Sales Enablement & Training Specialist (SDR – BPO/Call Center) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Lead Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to own the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a BPO/call center environment. This role is responsible for building structured training programs, managing and coaching SDR teams, and ensuring operational excellence across sales enablement processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sales leadership, understands outbound sales motions, and is highly operational, tech-savvy, and process-driven.
