Open Role Mid-Market Account Executive (International) location NYC About the Role In August of 2021, Hex began building out its Sales team. Since then our customer base has grown, we have a ton of momentum in the market, and we’re continuing to build a world-class sales organization. We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales organization, with a focus on accounts across the EMEA region while being based in NYC, targeting companies with up to 2,500 employees. We’ve seen strong traction with EMEA customers and believe this region will be a critical driver of Hex’s international growth. In this role, you’ll report to our Mid-Market Sales Leader and play a key role in establishing and scaling Hex’s presence across EMEA. You’ll own the strategy and execution for closing new business and expanding our footprint with existing customers across diverse markets, industries, and cultures. On any given day you might find yourself: Building new pipeline and driving revenue across your assigned EMEA territory from NYC Developing a deep understanding of your customers’ business challenges and positioning Hex as a strategic solution in regional contexts Partnering with Sales Engineering to run discovery sessions and demos tailored to EMEA prospects Managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and close, while consistently meet
