YOUR MISSION - Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe for both technical and non-technical roles. - Owning the full recruitment cycle — from role scoping, sourcing strategy, market mapping, and candidate assessment to offer management and closing. - Partnering closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and other business functions. - Building strong sourcing strategies for complex and senior-level roles in a competitive fintech market. - Finding creative and non-standard ways to attract and engage top talent. - Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape team structures, hiring priorities, and recruitment strategy. - Assessing candidates not only for experience, but also for skills, motivation, adaptability, and culture fit. - Delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process. - Contributing to AI-driven recruitment initiatives, automation, and process improvements. - Supporting employer brand activities through meaningful market presence and communication.
