People Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game. We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming. The Role: Our People Operations team is the backbone of the employee experience, from the moment a new hire accepts an offer to their first day and beyond. We're looking for a seasoned People Operations Specialist contractor to seamlessly cover an extended leave and provide additional support for our HR and payroll administration needs. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the organization.
