WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Group Contracting Manager, you will own the operational and strategic management of Finni Health's payer network. You will be responsible for ensuring providers successfully join and remain in-network with commercial and Medicaid payers while optimizing the performance and long-term value of our payer portfolio. This role combines business operations, payer strategy, and team leadership. You'll oversee payer contracting operations, enrollment, revalidation, compliance, and payer relationships while driving operational excellence across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Cycle, Provider Success, Compliance, and Finance to ensure our payer network enables providers to launch and grow successful practices.
