ABOUT THE ROLE As a Controller, you will oversee a pod of Accounting Managers, bookkeepers, and a book of clients. You will be the main support and direction for your team, so it is imperative that you are an outstanding communicator and have strong business acumen paired with Accounting Expertise. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of weekly and monthly financial reporting to clients via your team and will serve as an escalation point, strategic advisor, and thought partner for your clients. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the data presented and are the last stop for quality control of deliverables.
