Enterprise Implementation Project Manager Department: Partner Success Company Stage: Series A, VC-Backed Growth Role Summary FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced enterprise implementation and project manager to join our Partner Success team. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series A healthcare services company expanding access to mental health care for women across the reproductive lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO & Founder, Dr. Jessica Gaulton, you will own the end-to-end launch of one of FamilyWell's enterprise health system implementations and have the opportunity to transition into the primary relationship owner driving long-term performance, growth, and satisfaction within those accounts. This is a two-phase role built for someone who thrives on both the rigor of a complex, multi-workstream launch and the relationship depth of strategic account management. The right person is equally comfortable building and executing a project plan across departments including Partner Success, Clinical Services, Clinical Operations, and Product, and leading a quarterly business review with health system leadership.
