Product Engineer II – Web Services

ArcGIS Hub is quickly expanding the ability to bring people together to discuss and collaborate spatially around ArcGIS’s catalog of authoritative data. This role will focus on our web services enabling in-app and programmatic customer workflows. This role works with guidance from senior product and engineering leaders, while making independent day-to-day prioritization and execution decisions. It collaborates closely with engineers but does not require owning production code or system architecture. Responsibilities Work with customers, leadership, and your development team to identify requirements and translate them into functional user stories for consideration Create and maintain performance dashboards to evaluate service usage to inform product objectives and development priorities Maintain a Product Backlog of user stories and defects, work with your team to refine and plan these items for development Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders Collaborate with product engi
