As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will: Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across our lending business units, serving as the core connective tissue between business leaders and Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Data Analytics. Conduct high-leverage analytical deep dives and advanced financial modeling to identify performance drivers, run scenario analyses, and guide executive decision-making. Own and maintain the quality of critical corporate operating cadences, including weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, and board material preparation. Coordinate annual corporate and strategic planning processes, managing cross-functional timelines, inputs, and deliverables. Act as a versatile internal consultant, shifting smoothly across portfolio management, deep analytics, and operational tracking as organizational priorities scale.
