As we expand into the enterprise space, we are looking for a versatile Technical Solutions Engineer to help us win the trust and technical approval of large-scale customers while contributing to our technical marketing efforts. About the Role The Technical Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in helping Dragonfly secure and support larger customers with complex needs. You’ll be the bridge between our technology and their engineering teams, ensuring they understand, trust, and can successfully deploy Dragonfly. In addition, you’ll help amplify Dragonfly’s impact by creating technical content to educate and empower future customers. Key Responsibilities Customer-Facing Technical Solutioning Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large customers during pre-sales and onboarding. Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and assist with data migrations to Dragonfly. Answer technical questions and collaborate with customer engineering teams to address concerns and provide solutions.
