This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll lead all commercial elements of the business and lead on defining the strategy for Editions. What You’ll Be Doing Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Optimise the Editions restaurant portfolio (product market fit), holding a mid-term vision for the portfolio in each site - Identify potential new leads for Editions - Negotiate commercial terms with strategic existing and new partners - Coordinate across different functions within the business (Commercial, Sales, Site Ops, Marketing) in order to grow the Editions business - Define and execute initiatives to improve network-level and site-level occupancy and drive growth for Editions partners - Define and execute initiatives to improve Editions' profitabili
