We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, transforming the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform, which combines CRM, back office, digital signing, data room, and many other critical tools for VCs. We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our complex and market-leading business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills who can optimize and scale our operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally.
