The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization. About the Role: As Senior Counsel, Securities, you will play a key role in supporting CoreWeave’s public company reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance activities.
