Business Analyst II

Opportunity Overview: The Data Platform team at Cohere Health is building a scalable data ecosystem that powers analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. As a Business Analyst II, you'll partner with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to gather requirements, write user stories, and translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. In this role, you'll independently lead moderately complex initiatives, bring clarity to technical delivery, and help improve processes and workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on improving healthcare outcomes. This is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events. What you’ll do: Partner with clients, Client Delivery, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and data requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and technical requirements to support data product development. Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and data validation using SQL to ensure data quality and accuracy.
