This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, supporting long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. TAMs own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from initial implementation and onboarding through ongoing managed services, strategic expansion opportunities, and driving meaningful impact on renewal outcomes across their book of business.
