You will be our first dedicated seller, working directly with the founders to own the entire sales cycle and help build the foundation of a repeatable growth engine. This role is ideal for someone excited to join an early-stage company who has an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate autonomously. You should be comfortable building in ambiguity, relentlessly pursuing craft in your work, and moving fast. Key Responsibilities # Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within target industries Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close. No hand-offs. Collaborate with the founding team to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, pricing, and positioning of the product Build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts, building trust and driving deals forward Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions, providing regular reports on pipeline progress and forecasts to the leadership team Help establish and refine scalable sales processes, tools, and strategies that support rapid growth and ensure consistency i...
