We are building an advocacy-first telehealth platform to democratize access to high-quality care and reach patients right where they are. Our physicians and Health Advocates work together to help patients untangle the U.S. healthcare system, overcome social determinant barriers, and make confident, informed decisions. Underpinning our platform is software + AI that superpowers our advocates and operations. We're a small team. The founders are a former Google engineering manager, a former AI product and operations lead, and a physician with 30+ years of experience. We're early, we move fast, and we're writing the software that runs the whole care model. ABOUT THE ROLE We're building an AI-native EHR. This isn't a chatbot stapled onto an old product — AI is built into how the system works, and it's a big part of what makes our care model possible. You'll own features start to finish: the design discussion, the code, and then watching real users use it. The work moves around a lot. Some weeks you're deep in the AI side of the product; other weeks you're modeling a new part of the patient record or hammering out simplified billing workflows. We expect...
