Operations Assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations and help keep administrative processes organized. You will maintain records, coordinate tasks, follow up on operational requests, and support managers and teams across the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and company systems
• Coordinate requests and follow up with internal teams
• Track tasks, deadlines, and operational updates
• Prepare basic reports and documentation
• Help identify and resolve routine operational issues
• Provide general support to managers and teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Operations or coordination experience
• Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or healthcare
• Experience with CRM, project management, or other business systems

COMPENSATION

$19–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
