We connect field operations, projects, and back-office functions to create a single source of truth for the business, with deep integrations into customers’ accounting systems. Role Overview BuildOps is hiring an experienced Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our most complex customer implementations. You will own the plan, the timeline, the communication, and the outcome. Your job is to ensure every internal resource (e.g., Implementation Manager, Solutions Architect, Data Analyst) is engaged at the right time and that every stakeholder knows what's happening and what comes next. Your success is measured by on-time go-lives, customer satisfaction, and how rarely your projects escalate.
