About the Job At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution designed to empower today’s commercial contractors. From service management to project execution, we’re reimagining how our customers operate. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our financial supply chain platform, helping contractors buy materials, manage inventory, control job costs, and pay vendors with greater accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the intersection of field operations, finance, and engineering, where your decisions will influence ARR growth, retention, customer trust, and BuildOps’ position as the financial operating system for the trades. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, customer-facing environment and is energized by solving deeply operational problems across procurement, inventory, and ERP-connected workflows. What You’ll Do Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procurement and Inventory, two of the most mission-critical workflows for commercial contractors.
