As a Staff Product Manager, Platform , you will help us transform our industry-leading platform which commercial contractors depend on to new benchmarks that allow us to capture a new scale of demand and fuel the continued innovation we’re building. You’ll partner closely with our customers to deeply understand their people, organizational structures, processes, and what they need from their operations platform—then translate that into solutions that drive measurable outcomes for both our customers and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership, and you’ll be accountable for customer-driven KPIs and clear business impact. What You’ll Do Own the product vision and roadmap for the entire Platform itself, driving strategy and execution with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, QA, and data partners.
