Solutions Architect, US

Position Overview Blockdaemon’s Solutions Architect team creates meaningful impact through the design and delivery of critical technology solutions that enhance our clients’ ability to scale blockchain adoption. This role is considered the go-to technical and product expert in EMEA, supporting prospects, customers, and partners with a focus on our security and MPC technologies, reporting to the GM of Enterprise. Primarily focusing on Tier 1 global financial institutions with a significant footprint in the US. The role will drive significant value working with the Commercial and Product teams with the goal of advancing and expanding Blockdaemon’s full-stack institutional offering across Wallet, Nodes/APIs, and Staking infrastructure. As a collaborative technical product expert, you will work closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand prospect pain points, goals, and workflows, helping to determine product fit, advising prospects on how to leverage Blockdaemon’s solutions, and architecting new product enhancements required to best service customer needs. You will also represent Blockdaemon in the market at conferences and webinars, engaging with diverse audiences, and working closely with our Product team to provide customer feedback that helps continuously improve our products.
