It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better. We are looking for a Senior Copywriter, AI & Category Narrative – a writer who is genuinely expert in AI and can make agentic AI, frontier models, and LLM-powered systems legible, credible, and compelling to the people who run claims at the largest US carriers.
