Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Sales & Client Follow-Up Coordinator to manage lead nurturing, client outreach, and relationship development for a growing property management company. This role focuses on maintaining consistent communication with prospects, investors, and potential clients to increase conversion rates and strengthen long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text outreach with prospective clients. ● Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest in company services. ● Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM. ● Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership. ● Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities. ● Identify warm prospects and move them through the sales process. ● Assist with investor and client communications. ● Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding. ● Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.
