About the Role We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Korea team in a full-time, fixed-term contract capacity as maternity leave cover, currently expected to run until November 2026. This role supports a portfolio of Mid-market to Enterprise customers across a variety of industries. You will help customers maximize the value of the AppsFlyer platform, align product usage with their business goals, and drive meaningful outcomes through strong relationship management and proactive engagement. You will play an important role in maintaining customer relationships, enabling product adoption, supporting business continuity, and ensuring customer success during the coverage period. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing key post-sales activities across onboarding, adoption, renewal preparation, and ongoing engagement.
