The Role We are seeking an Operations Billing Specialist with expertise in payment posting to support customers with our Explanation of Benefits conversion solution. Key Responsibilities - Overseeing and optimizing Explanation of Benefits posting workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion. - Collaborating with the product team to provide feedback on process inefficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance system automation. - Establishing and maintaining scalable processes, with a focus on payment posting accuracy and compliance. - Building and refining customer support infrastructure to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. What We’re Looking For - Professional Experience: 3-5 years in billing, revenue cycle management, operations, or a related field.
