Senior Technical proposal writer

Job Overview: Opportunity for a dedicated and proactive individual with strong written communication skills to join an expanding Business Development and Proposal shop for a rapidly growing IT Services firm specializing in Data Science, Data Analytics, Application Development and Modernization, and Digital Transformation. The Proposal Writer should have extensive experience translating technical solutions into a compelling story which highlights our value proposition while keeping the customer's challenges and needs at the heart of our proposals. The ideal candidate would have prior experience with Technical or Proposal writing, and a technical/IT background or understanding is highly desired. Responsibilities: - Responsible for leading development of compliant, compelling technical proposal content that clearly and concisely executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight through research - Will perform duties in close collaboration with the Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, Account Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects (SAs), and other authors - Facilitates meetings with SMEs/SAs to capture solution information for development of compliant proposal sections and take ownership of crafting the Technical Approach - Conducts interviews with SMEs/SAs to translate technical solution ideas into easily understood terms in the written r...
